font-size: 22px;">北京音樂家協(xié)會駐會副主席及秘書長趙金波同志發(fā)表了激情澎湃的總結(jié)演講。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">本次頒獎典禮及音樂會旗幟鮮明，充滿愛黨愛國愛生活的正能量。有以下幾點與國內(nèi)絕大多數(shù)會議大相徑庭：</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">一是，內(nèi)容充實，銜接緊湊，沒有拖泥帶水，高談闊論；沒有無病呻吟的夸夸其談，接地氣，大道理融會貫通在簡明扼要之中。老百姓愛聽，不唱高調(diào)，不扯淡，言談話語與身體力行一致，讓言語與德行為百姓所喜聞樂見；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">二是，與會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都是社會精英和社會名流，在人民群眾面前不擺架子。會場沒有主席臺，沒人給他們端茶倒水。他們唯一的特殊地方是坐在了第一排，而且官職越大，坐的越靠邊。為什么呢？原來是為了節(jié)省時間，上臺發(fā)言然后回來落座方便。這是一件小事，但在官場上這簡直是鳳毛麟角，或者說絕無僅有。其實，越低調(diào)越彰顯出大家風(fēng)范和一心為民，與民同甘共苦的氣質(zhì)與胸懷；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">三是，節(jié)省開支辦大事。在有幾百人參加的一次會議，花上老多錢，講排場，攀比高大上，能有多大意義？在一些小眾團體的活動中，不能老想著和國家級的活動攀比，節(jié)儉本身就是一種美德。這次整場活動中，沒有請專職主持人，田野副理事長主持的不錯，趙金波主席主持的也挺好。沒有會場渲染氣氛的布置，沒有花錢租用專業(yè)會場。這三點給我留下了極其深刻和美好的印象。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">趙金波主席回顧了在北京體育學(xué)院體育館舉辦第八屆北京合唱節(jié)的高光時刻，數(shù)千人的偌大場面，中國電影交響樂團的現(xiàn)場伴奏，一流歌唱家登臺獻歌，各路傳媒擠破腦袋長槍短炮殺入會場，新聞聯(lián)播當(dāng)晚向全中國向全世界播放。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
