-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那天，居住在安平縣城的一位朋友告訴我，她與今在唐山工作的郭玉橋有聯(lián)系，表示可以幫我們建立微信溝通。我當(dāng)即找出，并仔細(xì)分辨1983年后張莊中學(xué)初中十班畢業(yè)照片上，一個(gè)個(gè)曾經(jīng)熟悉的面孔，眼前躍動(dòng)起三年執(zhí)教，黌門育蕾，逝去歲月的暮暮朝朝……。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1980年8月，走出衡水地區(qū)師范學(xué)校，來(lái)到安平縣后張莊中學(xué)“實(shí)習(xí)”時(shí)，校長(zhǎng)張耀甲、校黨支部書(shū)記劉運(yùn)生對(duì)我說(shuō)，縣里在安平中學(xué)和后張莊學(xué)校，創(chuàng)辦了全縣兩所重點(diǎn)初中班，兩個(gè)學(xué)校分別招生全縣各十個(gè)鄉(xiāng)的小學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生。通過(guò)統(tǒng)一考試，后張莊學(xué)校招來(lái)的，是南王莊、大子文、黃城、袁營(yíng)、油子、張寨、兩洼、東里屯、石干、南王宋十個(gè)鄉(xiāng)的優(yōu)秀小學(xué)畢業(yè)生。任課的各位老師，也都是選了又選的全縣骨干。我們看了你的檔案，知道你在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和各個(gè)方面都不錯(cuò)，所以把你選來(lái)，擔(dān)任即將入學(xué)的初中一年級(jí)語(yǔ)文教學(xué)，這是很光榮而又分量很重的擔(dān)子……。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第二個(gè)問(wèn)題：師生一場(chǎng)，乃人生財(cái)富。做為老師的責(zé)任，就是“黌苑育蕾綻新華”。眼下，同學(xué)們畢業(yè)后的選向有三種，一是升入上一級(jí)重點(diǎn)高中安平中學(xué)，二是考上招收初中畢業(yè)生的師范學(xué)校，也就是我們常說(shuō)的“小中?！?，三是進(jìn)到安平縣職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校。依照現(xiàn)實(shí)的價(jià)值取向和大多數(shù)家長(zhǎng)的意見(jiàn)，考上小中專，吃上商品糧，有個(gè)鐵飯碗，這種觀點(diǎn)占據(jù)主流。依據(jù)我任課三年的感覺(jué)與判斷，我給咱們班52名同學(xué)的升學(xué)趨勢(shì)，算上一卦，過(guò)些時(shí)日，看準(zhǔn)不準(zhǔn)：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
